Do you work with out of state investors?

Yes. Many of our investors buy remotely. We will help you define a buy box, compare Houston neighborhoods, underwrite deals, and coordinate the process from offer through closing and lease up with our local property management partners. We also have experience working with out of state fix and flip investors. We help provide resale comps, connect you with local construction teams, and help build realistic timelines.
What should I expect on our call?

We will clarify your goals and buy box, review your financing plan, and walk through how we underwrite deals in Houston. If you already have a deal or a neighborhood in mind, bring it and we will pressure test the numbers and risks together. If you are considering a flip, we can also discuss comps, realistic rehab ranges, and exit strategy.
Do you help analyze deals before making offers on homes?

Yes. Share the listing, your rent or resale assumptions, and any notes you have, and we will review the basics: purchase price, taxes, insurance, likely repairs, and a conservative range for cash flow or flip margin. The goal is to help you make a confident offer decision with clear assumptions, whether it is a rental or a flip.
Do you connect investors with property management?

Yes. For rentals, we can share investor friendly property management options and help you understand the operating side: lease up expectations, typical make ready items, and how to set assumptions so your numbers stay realistic. For flips, we can also point you toward investor friendly local vendors and service providers as needed.
